What a year ! We had to adapt to adverse weather conditions, which impacted our harvests.
We had a fantastic harvest in 2018, consequently the vines were strained and produce was less the following year. This was a factor we had to take into account.
Then came the frost, on two occasions : the development of the vines was affected and we had some unfortunate frost damage.
Nevertheless, the harvest was sound, the grapes were beautiful, sweet and showing no trace of rot. Only the volume this year was low. All in all, we managed to produce wines of great quality, which will allow us to make excellent spirits.
We will continue to take great care of our vines, hoping for better weather and largest harvests in 2020.
