This year, we planted young vines. What a beautiful moment !
It was hard work but also an emotional one, to see the vine grow to maturity and contribute to the production of our future vineyard.
We choose quality plants, carefully selected by a renowned grower form the South-West region. This year we planted Ugni Blanc.
After planting young plants, we had to proceed with planting supports and wire the vines.
The vine will start yielding in it’s third year. It has to have time to grow until it can produce grapes.
